To disable forwarding and return to your carrier's voicemail, dial: ##004# (send)
Sprint/Nextel Setup Instructions
Sprint users must call technical support to setup conditional call forwarding. Please call 1-888-211-4727 and ask for technical support.
Please instruct them to setup "No Answer call forwarding" and "Call forward busy" on their ESM system to this phone number: (619)684-6833.
To disable forwarding, please call Sprint Tech Support.
Verizon Setup Instructions

T-Mobile Setup Instructions

Custom Greeting
To record your custom greeting, dial 1-619-684-6833, then press * to access the main menu. You will be prompted to enter your PIN, . After entering your pin (then press #), press 2 and follow the prompts to record your custom greeting.
Online Interface
To access your VoiceCloud account online, you must be logged in from the homepage and then click on Go To My Account
iPhone Interface
Access VoiceCloud on your iPhone by going to http://i.voicecloud.com
