How will VoiceCloud's voicemail system be different than my current system?

VoiceCloud’s voicemail has all of the same features as your current voicemail service, with the additional feature that it converts all your messages to text and sends them to your phone via SMS text messages or email with the original audio file attached .

How are messages counted?

Any message that requires transcription is counted on your plan. We do not charge per SMS or per email sent, only by transcribed message. If caller hangs up before leaving a message, you will not be charged.

How do I get my pin number?

Visit the “Go To My Messages” section after logging in from the VoiceCloud.com home page, go to “settings”, then go to “passwords”. You will find your PIN number for use in changing your greetings and checking your messages.

What languages does VoiceCloud support?

VoiceCloud is currently only offered in English, but will soon be provided in Spanish, German, French Russian, and Arabic as well. If you would like to be notified when this occurs, please email support@voicecloud.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@voicecloud.com. You will then need to go to the “Phone Setup” page to disable the conditional call forwarding on your mobile device.
